The Security Officer maintains a secure environment for clients and employees at all times. This role includes serving as an ambassador and first point of contact for Tiffany clients, ensuring a positive Tiffany experience from start to finish. Responsibilities encompass security and back-of-house operations and controls.
Sales: Deepen relationships with clients to foster loyalty and increase spending. Act as a Tiffany ambassador and support store operations to achieve sales goals.
Service: Consistently elevate the in-store experience, creating memorable moments. Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every customer interaction. Implement best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities, and act on client feedback and TEI performance.
Security Controls and Operations: Provide exceptional security and operational support to enhance sales and service. Collaborate with senior security and management to deter theft, report missing assets, respond to emergencies, and implement incident management procedures. Conduct daily inspections, tests, and ensure security systems are operational. Assist with opening and closing procedures, facilities repairs, and communicate effectively with the store team.
Illinois: The hiring range for this position is $21.25–$25.00, depending on relevant skills and experience.
