Responsibilities:

• Security and Environment: Maintain a secure environment for clients and employees at all times. Serve as an ambassador and first point of contact for Tiffany clients, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. Responsibilities include security and back-of-house operations and controls.
• Sales: Deepen client relationships to foster loyalty and increase spending. Act as a Tiffany ambassador and support store operations to meet sales goals.
• Service: Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments. Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during customer interactions. Follow best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities, creating unique experiences and acting on customer feedback.
• Security Controls and Operations: Provide exceptional security and operational support to drive sales and service. Collaborate with senior security and management to deter theft, report missing assets, respond to emergencies, and implement incident management procedures. Conduct daily inspections, manage security systems, and carry out opening and closing procedures. Assist with facilities repairs and communicate with the store team.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in retail or security environment
• At least 1 year of prior security-related experience

The hiring range for this position in Illinois is $21.25-$25.00 per hour, dependent on skills and experience.
