Job summary

Florida Tile is seeking a Branch Sales Support Specialist in Kent, WA. You will support both inside and outside teams, assist walk-in customers, enter orders, answer calls, and set up samples/displays at customer locations to meet customer needs inside and outside the branch.

Responsibilities include processing orders, learning SAP, organizing the sample area, greeting customers, and maintaining showroom cleanliness.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi task and work with limited supervision.
• Proactive with basic knowledge of FT products and installation materials.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Valid driver's license; occasional travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing customer orders in person and by email.
• Show initiative to become proficient in SAP.
• Ensure Sample area is organized and accessible for the sales team.
• Greet customers entering the branch.
• Keep showroom neat and organized.
• Take direction and execute assigned tasks.
• Occasionally travel within the territory to place samples and displays.
• Participate in annual inventory activities.
• Notify branch management when samples are low.
• Other duties as assigned.
