Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Branch Sales Professional to drive revenue by selling pest control solutions to residential and commercial customers. You’ll identify needs, recommend tailored options, and build lasting relationships through exceptional service.

Key duties include selling additional services, performing inspections, following regulations, and maintaining the company vehicle.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience or training in sales.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces like basements, attics, crawl spaces and other tight spaces.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).
• High school diploma or GED.

• Conduct inspections to identify infestations, or conditions conducive to infestations, to make proposals and presentations to obtain sales contracts.
• Respond to and work assigned sales leads within the branch and/or territory while proactively generating additional pest control and related service opportunities.
• Prepare appropriate job specifications and treating instructions in accordance with existing laws, regulations, and company policy.
• Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle while keeping the vehicle and other equipment in clean and working order, adhering to the company Vehicle Policy.

This position offers an hourly base pay of $17.00plus commission,with most team members earning between$60,000- $90,000 with additional compensation opportunities. Please note that actual earnings beyond base pay willvary,basedonsales,and the estimated range is not a guarantee of wages.
