Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Branch Sales Professional to drive revenue by selling pest control solutions and related services to homes and businesses. You will identify customer needs, present tailored proposals, and build lasting relationships.

This role offers base pay plus commission, weekly pay, full benefits, and opportunities to exceed $60,000–$80,000 annually. Candidates should have at least 6 months of sales experience, a valid driver's license, and be able to

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience or training in sales.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver's license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Sell additional services and/or general pest control protection to customers through warm leads, cold calls and onsite visits to residences and businesses.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations or conditions conducive to infestations, and present proposals to obtain sales contracts.
• Respond to and work assigned sales leads within the branch and/or territory while proactively generating additional pest control and related service opportunities.
• Prepare appropriate job specifications and treating instructions in accordance with laws, regulations, and company policy.
• Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle and keep equipment in good order per Vehicle Policy.

Position Summary

The Branch Sales Professional drives revenue growth by selling pest control solutions and related services through a customer-focused approach. This role identifies customer needs, recommends tailored solutions and builds lasting relationships to deliver exceptional service and long-term value.

Responsibilities

• Selladditionalservices and/or general pest control protection to customers through warm leads, cold calls and onsite visits toresidencesand businesses.
• Conduct inspections toidentifyinfestations, or conditions conducive to infestations, of wood destroying organisms and/or insects or other vertebrate pests, to make proposals and presentations to obtain sales contracts.
• Respond to and work assigned sales leads within the branch and/or territory while proactively generating additional pest control and related service opportunities.
• Prepareappropriate jobspecifications and treating instructionsin accordance withexisting laws, regulations, and company policy.
• Regularlyoperateand maintain a company vehicle while keeping the vehicle and other equipment in clean and working order, while adhering to the company Vehicle Policy.

Qualifications And Requirements

This position offers an hourly base of $15 plus commission,with most team members earning between$60,000- $80,000 withadditionalcompensationopportunities. Please note that actual earnings beyond base pay willvary,basedonsales,and the estimated range is not a guarantee of wages.

• Capable of regularlylifting upto 50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting.
