Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Omaha seeks a Branch Sales Professional to drive revenue by selling pest control solutions and related services. You will identify customer needs, recommend tailored services, and build lasting relationships for long-term value.

Responsibilities include inspections to identify infestations, handling leads, and preparing job specifications, while maintaining the company vehicle according to policy.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience or training in sales.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver's license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Sell additional services and/or general pest control protection to customers through warm leads, cold calls and onsite visits to residences and businesses.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations or conditions conducive to infestations and present proposals to obtain sales contracts.
• Respond to and work assigned sales leads within the branch and territory while proactively generating additional service opportunities.
• Prepare appropriate job specifications and treating instructions per existing laws, regulations and company policy.
• Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle and adhere to the Vehicle Policy.
