Job summary

IDi is seeking a Branch Sales Manager in Corona, CA to drive profitable growth for the branch by identifying customers, expanding the client base, and leading a high-performing team. You will develop and mentor staff while ensuring safety, inventory, and budgeting processes align with corporate directives.

The role requires strong sales leadership in building materials, a track record of meeting targets, and ability to travel <10%. Competitive compensation with annual bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent related experience.
• 5+ years in sales, with a preference for insulation or building materials experience.
• Proven results in the sale of building materials.
• Ability to develop new business and meet deadlines and sales goals.
• Travel to site locations is less than 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers and foster relationships to drive branch sales and profitability.
• Develop and train a cohesive team that embodies IDI culture and core values.
• Oversee branch operations, including safety, inventories, turnover, and employee retention.
• Mentor Sales staff, the DC Manager, Drivers, and operations personnel for long-term retention.
• Ensure safety protocols, deploy training programs, and conduct sales forecasting and monthly P&L reviews.
• Provide proper staff training and supervise the DC Manager and Sales Representatives.
• Manage inventory and coordinate between the branch and corporate office.
