Job summary

You will train staff on procedures, policies, products, and compliance while fostering a customer-focused culture. The ideal candidate has two years of management experience, solid P&L and cost-control knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Two years of prior management experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of P&L, sales, collections, and cost controlling measures.
• Ability to coach and develop others and ensure compliance with policies and laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations and growth, managing financial goals and analytics.
• Train and develop branch staff on procedures, policies, and programs.
• Promote customer experience, marketing efforts, and overall profitability.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and company standards.
