Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a detail-oriented Retail Associate in Boise, ID to manage end-to-end customer experiences, including product selection, accurate order entry, and safe handling. You will maximize sales opportunities, adapt communication to diverse audiences, and support merchandising, inventory, and showroom replenishment.

You’ll navigate multiple computer systems for customer and warehouse tasks, perform counts, and comply with safety guidelines and PPE requirements to ensure store

Qualifications

• Demonstrates expertise in managing customer experiences, maximizing sales opportunities, and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines.
• Proficient in inventory management and adept at using various computer systems for customer and warehouse operations.
• Able to learn and navigate different computer systems for customer-facing and warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire customer experience from product selection to order entry.
• Look for ways to maximize sales opportunities and encourage customer loyalty.
• Adapt communication style for email, phone, or in person.
• Pick, prepare, and stage will call orders/shipping product.
• Prepare customer backorders and put away other stock received.
• Help with merchandising and showroom replenishment.
• Perform inventory counts and housekeeping to meet Grainger standards.
