Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire customer experience from product selection to order entry and loading.
• Look for opportunities to maximize sales and build customer loyalty.
• Adapt communication style for email, phone, or in person interactions.
• Prepare and stage will call orders and ship products.
• Perform inventory counts and help with showroom replenishment.
• Learn and navigate multiple computer systems for customer-facing and warehouse tasks.
• Maintain branch appearance and comply with safety guidelines including PPE.
