Qualifications

We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused individual for the role of Branch Relationship Banker (Personal Banker) at our Bishop Arts District Banking Center in Dallas, TX. Your responsibilities will include delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our bank’s products and services, and achieving sales targets.

Essential Functions:

• Provide full-service banking services to new and existing customers, focusing on sales and service.
• Process all financial transactions accurately and promptly within authorized limits, along with other customer service duties.
• Open new accounts, update existing accounts, issue/activate ATM cards, originate/close consumer loans, and resolve client concerns.
• Execute the sales discovery process and manage customer relationships.
• Assess clients' financial needs and make appropriate recommendations.
• Refer clients to other bank products and services, including commercial lending, and follow up as needed.
• Conduct inside/outside sales calls to prospects and established customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service tailored to each client’s needs.
• Support retail objectives by capitalizing on business opportunities that influence revenue and risk.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and bank policies.
• Resolve client concerns directly or through referrals.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to security policies.
• Meet regularly with Branch Service Manager and Branch Manager to discuss progress and goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service, banking, sales, or related fields.
• Experience in financial sales and knowledge of consumer lending preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of banking products, including deposits, loans, credit cards, and investments.
• Proven sales ability, including cross-selling and achieving targets.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to address client inquiries effectively.
• Negotiation skills to influence client decisions.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic math, computer skills, and banking software.

Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week with a flexible schedule within the listed hours.
