Job summary

Nevada State Bank, a division of Zions Bancorporation, N.A., is seeking a Branch Relationship Banker for our Minden, NV branch. The role emphasizes full-service banking, sales, and personalized customer service within a Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsibilities include handling new accounts, consumer loans, and resolving client issues while building lasting customer relationships and referring other bank products as appropriate.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience as a universal banker/personal banker or similar retail banking role.
• Previous experience in a financial sales representative-oriented role preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of mathematical calculations and standard banking products, services, and transactions.
• Strong knowledge of all retail products and services.
• Basic knowledge of consumer lending applications.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Effective selling, cross-selling and referral skills.
• Strong mathematical, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal & relationship building skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Proficient in basic computer skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

We are now accepting applications for a Branch Relationship Banker to join the team located at our branch in Minden, NV. Branch hours are Monday through Friday.
