Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation, a leading innovator in forklift and material handling technology, seeks a data analyst to support Rental & Used Sales reporting. You will analyze current reporting, prepare monthly results, and create new reporting as needed to inform stakeholders.

You will lead troubleshooting based on analysis, document processes, and collaborate with branches and leadership to present recommendations. Some travel (0-5%) may be required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of related experience.
• Strong Excel skills with SQL knowledge.
• Associate degree in Business Management, Accounting or Business Administration (Bachelor's preferred).

Responsibilities

• Analyze current Rental & Used reporting to advise the business.
• Prepare and produce monthly Rental & Used Sales results to stakeholders.
• Create new reporting as needed.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts based on analysis.
• Manage, administer, and support key programs within Rental & Used Sales categories of Branch Operations.
• Document program process steps and review procedures to meet changing needs.
