Job summary

Spee Dee Delivery Service in St. Cloud, MN is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager/Operations Assistant Manager to support daily branch operations and lead drivers to ensure timely, safe, and efficient deliveries.

You will manage morning duties, monitor safety and DOT compliance, and track department reports. Travel may be required; starting wage is $24.00–$28.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21+ requirement.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in transportation/leadership preferred.
• Associate's degree in Business/Logistics/Operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily branch operations and lead drivers.
• Complete routes for employees who are absent.
• Assist with loading trucks and morning duties.
• Track and update daily department reports; monitor safety/DOT compliance.
• Assist in training and onboarding of new staff; participate in weekly ops meetings.
