Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in leading associates in a warehouse or retail environment.
• 3 years of experience managing profit & loss (P&L).
• Experience in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain partnerships with HR, Safety, and Sales teams.
• Manage hiring, training, and performance of branch associates.
• Analyze financial reports and support business decisions.
