Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of administrative, office, customer service, scheduling, or coordination experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer communication throughout project lifecycle.
• Schedule and manage installation appointments and calendar.
• Handle payments and financial documentation for projects.
• Support branch operations and daily administrative tasks.
• Assist onboarding and corporate communications as needed.
