In this role, you will:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships with a “customer for life” mindset
• Lead daily branch operations while driving top-tier candidate and client experiences
• Personally sell and close new staffing opportunities across the light industrial industry
• Oversee recruiting, screening, onboarding, and compliance activities
• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver scalable workforce solutions
• Drive revenue growth through strategic prospecting, networking, and lead generation

What You Bring:

• 5+ years in staffing, recruiting, and talent solutions
• 5+ years in hands-on management or client-facing leadership role
• High-energy, results-driven approach to client service and business development
• Knowledge of staffing industry best practices, compliance, and operations
• Ability to lead a team, manage multiple priorities, and consistently exceed targets
• Competitive base salary up to $90,000
