Job summary

Gulfeagle Supply is seeking an Operations Manager at Harwich, MA to support the Branch Manager in leading all operational aspects and ensuring top-quality products and service.

The role requires strong communication, budgeting, staffing, and OSHA/DOT compliance. Candidates with wholesale roofing experience and a U.S. work authorization are preferred. The branch emphasizes family-oriented values and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years in wholesale roofing supplies or equivalent in a middle management role.
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting is preferred.
• Ability to staff, manage, and motivate personnel.
• Customer service mindset with conflict resolution skills.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production cycle times, inventory, labor and expense targets, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure OSHA and DOT compliance and provide training when needed.
• Implement sales credit and administration policies affecting inside and outside sales.
• Manage inventory levels for direct shipments and warehouse volumes.
• Coordinate operations with other departments and assist in counter/sales activities.
• Maintain office workflow and ensure the sales counter is staffed for walk-ins.
• Resolve customer complaints and pricing disputes promptly.
• Support security procedures and safeguard cash handling at the branch.
