Job summary

Cascade Process Controls is seeking a Branch Operations Manager (Construction) — Onsite in the Midland/Odessa, TX area. You will oversee branch operations, construction activities, project execution, personnel development, and customer relationships while promoting safety, quality, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include managing field and shop operations, budgeting, workforce planning, and driving business development to grow the Midland/Odessa branch.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety courses are up to date.
• Maintain daily and clear communication with supervisor and field personnel on work tasks and policies.
• Coordinate materials with office and field and manage returns.
• Develop job costing and scope of work.
• Learn procedures to complete work assignments.
• Ensure timesheets, packing slips and work tickets are accurate and submitted timely.
• Establish detailed timelines, milestones, and schedules to keep projects on track.
• Address delays and emergencies to mitigate impact.
• Delegate tasks based on skill and assign helpers as needed.
• Communicate and educate personnel on company issues and decisions.
• Collaborate with operations manager and shop foreman for smooth shop-to-field communication.
• Learn new equipment quickly and adapt to changes.
• Schedule and coordinate manpower.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and staff.
