Job summary

Blue Harlan is recruiting an experienced Branch Operations Manager to lead the Sacramento Distribution Center. This hands-on role oversees two shifts, from shipping and receiving to transportation partners, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

You will build and mentor a diverse team, implement process improvements, and drive KPI performance while collaborating with senior leadership on budgeting and P&L for the facility.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of warehouse or distribution management experience in a multi-shift environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• Experience managing budgets and P&L responsibilities.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (AS400 or similar).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations across two shifts, including order fulfillment, inventory control, and logistics.
• Lead and develop a team of full-time warehouse associates, supervisors, and managers.
• Manage staffing, training, performance, and safety compliance for all DC personnel.
• Drive operational excellence by establishing and tracking KPIs, workflow improvements, and productivity standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely shipping and receiving of all materials.
• Partner with senior leadership on budgeting and P&L responsibility for the facility.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with purchasing, sales, and finance to ensure alignment between warehouse operations and business needs.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

This facility runs two shifts in a fast-paced environment.
