SPI is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our branch operations in the Lithonia, GA area. The role oversees warehouse, administrative staff, Customer Service, and Inside Sales, driving profitability and efficiency across the operation.
Key responsibilities include establishing performance metrics, improving inventory turns, coaching staff, and maintaining a strong safety culture. Strong leadership, budgeting, and ERP/Microsoft Office proficiency are required.

The Operations Manager manages all aspects of the branch/area with expectations to meet branch/area operating income objectives. This role will manage warehouse/administrative personnel and Customer Service and Inside Sales Representatives. Areas of responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Office and warehouse/fabrication environment
Physical demands may include but are not limited to: Moderate walking, standing, and/or climbing; light lifting and carrying, stooping, bending, kneeling, and reaching. Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.

$75,000.00 - $150,000.00 To comply with Pay Transparency laws, employers must disclose an annual salary range. Actual offers depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also offer variable compensation.
