Job summary

The role requires 3–5 years in banking, plus 1–2 years of leadership experience. Strong communication and multi-tasking skills are essential to drive sales and ensure compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience required.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a banking/financial setting required, preferably in lending.
• 1-2 years of proven ability to lead, coach, and develop team members.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding member service.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with account servicing, lending processes, and product sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support branch staff to meet performance and service standards.
• Foster a member-first environment and deliver exceptional service at every touchpoint.
• Train and develop team members in branch operations and lending functions.
• Identify skill gaps and provide ongoing coaching and training.
• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Assist with teller duties and account openings when needed.
• Monitor performance and contribute to sales and operational goals.
