Qualifications

• Prior sales and management experience is required.
• BA in business or related field or 5 years' experience in hydraulic and industrial hose sales, distribution and/or manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic and industrial hose industry and market trends.
• Ability to analyze data, develop strategies and drive results.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a wide variety of people.
• Excellent leadership, teambuilding, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and lead a team towards achieving common goals.
• Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions swiftly.
• Ability to manage and appropriately prioritize multiple projects and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety policies and procedures across company vehicles and mobile service trucks.
• Manage branch operations to ensure productivity, profitability and customer service.
• Develop a strong operations team.
• Build relationships with customers and resolve complaints.
• Manage budgets, financial reports and inventory to meet targets.
• Maintain knowledge of hose product lines and vendor relationships.
• Recruit, develop, and evaluate branch staff; provide mentorship.

• Conduct staff meetings, safety reviews and training sessions.
• Monitor branch performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
