Job summary

SavATree seeks an Operations Manager for its Fort Collins, CO branch to lead day-to-day logistics and drive operational excellence. You will oversee scheduling, inventory, equipment maintenance, and staff development while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will mentor field personnel, manage performance, and partner with leadership to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of management experience.
• Degree in Business Management, Arboriculture, Forestry or Environmental Sciences (or equivalent experience).
• Willingness to obtain/maintain state pesticide licensing within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage branch logistics, including scheduling personnel and equipment, inventory, and maintenance.
• Hire, train, mentor, and develop field teams for high performance and safety.
• Monitor branch operations and financial performance with accurate profit/loss reporting.
• Oversee safety protocols and foster an employee-led safety culture.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to maximize productivity.
