Job summary

SavATree is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the branch, oversee logistics, safety, and profitability. You will manage day-to-day operations, hire and develop field personnel, and ensure compliance with company policies to deliver high-quality service.

You will work with experienced branch and field teams in a collaborative environment that values safety, quality, and efficiency, with opportunities for growth and advancement within SavATree.

Qualifications

• Two years of management experience.
• Degree in Business Management, Arboriculture, Forestry, Environmental Sciences, or equivalent.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to obtain a Commercial Pesticide Applicator license within one year.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage branch logistics, scheduling personnel and equipment.
• Hire, mentor, and develop field teams to ensure safety and high performance.
• Monitor financial performance and reporting of profits and losses.
• Implement and oversee safety protocols and foster an employee-led safety culture.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
