Job summary

SavATree LLC is seeking an Operations Manager in Lincoln, MA to lead branch logistics, improve operational efficiency, and ensure safety and profitability. You will hire, mentor, and develop field personnel while enforcing policies and delivering high-quality service.

Ideal candidate brings at least two years of management experience, a related degree, and a willingness to obtain pesticide licensing within one year.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of management experience.
• Degree in Business Management, Arboriculture, Forestry, Environmental Sciences, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage branch logistics, including scheduling field personnel and equipment.
• Hire, train, mentor, and develop field teams for safety and performance.
• Monitor branch operations and financial performance, reporting profits and losses.
• Implement safety protocols and foster a safety-led culture.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency.
