Job summary

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct all branch operations, leading a team of CDL drivers, warehouse associates, and office staff.
• Hire, coach, and evaluate staff; set objectives and accountability.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and training across the team.
• Plan staffing, schedules, and timecard approvals.
• Develop annual budgets and monitor expenses and margins.
• Oversee purchasing, inventory control, and loss prevention.
• Coordinate warehouse and delivery operations to meet on-time deliveries.
• Process sales orders and handle customer inquiries.
• Maintain strong customer and supplier relationships.
• Open/close branch and maintain facility security.
