Job summary

RASA Floors is seeking a Branch Manager Trainee to oversee daily branch operations, drive profitability, and lead a high-performing team. You will manage staffing, safety, scheduling, and customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies.

The role requires travel to client sites and participation in local industry events, with a schedule Monday–Friday and some Saturdays. A Bachelor’s degree in business management and branch leadership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management (preferred) with 2+ years of branch management experience.
• 4+ years of branch management experience in total.
• Forklift certification and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all branch operations to ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Identify staffing needs and participate in hiring decisions.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing branch team.
• Manage budgets, P&L, and financial metrics to meet profit targets.
• Visit client sites to build relationships and ensure service delivery.
• Travel regularly to client sites and industry events; some evenings/weekends may be required.
