Responsibilities

Oversee all branch operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with policies.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing branch team.
Monitor budgets, P&L, and financial metrics to meet profit targets.
Identify staffing needs and participate in interviews; make hiring decisions.
Address performance issues with corrective actions.
Visit client sites to build relationships with property managers and maintenance staff.
Ensure contractors provide high-quality service and meet deadlines.
Maintain inventory levels and conduct monthly audits.
