Job summary

Airgas is seeking a Branch Manager for the Star, MS location, overseeing distribution, safety, training and personnel. You will supervise drivers, yard expediters, and admin staff while driving on-time deliveries and customer satisfaction.

This role requires strong operational autonomy, budgeting, and adherence to safety standards; you will collaborate with regional sales, production, and vendors to optimize processes and maintain Airgas standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equal experience with formal technical training considered in conjunction with extensive, relevant experience. Military experience is acceptable.
