You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, oversee planning and customer-focused initiatives, and sustain a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the branch.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence within the branch and ensure standard processes.
• Maintain inventories and fixed assets and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Build and coach a high-performing branch team with recruitment and development.
• Develop and manage the annual budget; monitor financial results and profitability.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive planning, strategy, and growth initiatives.
• Ensure customer focus and effective resolution of service issues.
