Classic Floors Ferrazzano is seeking an Operations Branch Manager in Pooler, GA to lead day-to-day operations and drive branch profitability. The role covers field, warehouse, and office coordination, ensuring safety, timely installation, and strong vendor relations.

Strong leadership and construction industry experience are essential. The position is ex­empt/full-time, with travel up to 25% daily and a focus on maximizing margins and customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Management experience in construction; flooring management preferred.
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
• Experience with scheduling software (JDE) and ERP systems; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Maintain or improve branch Net Operating Income and gross margins.
• Coordinate field, warehouse, and office operations incl. safety, labor, inventory, and P&L.
• Lead weekly staff meetings to monitor workflow and deadlines.
• Oversee vendor relationships and development opportunities for sales.
• Recruit and retain subcontractor labor pool; manage inventory and logistics.
