Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust Assistant Branch Manager position seeks an experienced leader to oversee daily branch operations, ensure policy compliance, and guide tellers and customer service staff. The role emphasizes engagement, development, and service excellence.

You will supervise operations, coach staff, assist in hiring, and coordinate training while partnering with the Branch Manager to meet performance and sales goals and maintain regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day branch operations and new accounts desks.
• Coach associates, schedule staff, and assist in hiring and performance issues.
• Direct activities with Branch Manager to ensure quality customer service.
• Coach staff on cross-selling and meeting referral goals.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and security standards.
• Handle and escalate customer concerns to Branch Manager.
• Coordinate recruitment and training of branch staff.
• Complete new accounts and teller activities as needed.
• Support quarterly unit assessments and audit compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
