Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Work‑related Experience Required.
• Five to eight years of work‑related skill, knowledge, or experience required.
• Three to five years of retail or store management experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and influence effective and consistent productivity and teamwork to ensure the delivery of Legendary Customer Service (LCS)
• Model, promote, reinforce, and reward the consistent use of VBL tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission
• Support the successful management of branch operations and personnel
• Assess daily the need for purchasing equipment through feedback from salesmen, CSRs, customer feedback, vendor representatives and marketing department product managers
• Assess and modify weekly sales plans and ensure they are carried out appropriately
• Ensure on‑going compliance with all statutory DOT and safety requirements
• Perform dispatching duties (if needed) and inspect Profit Center yard daily
• Ensure OSRs and CSRs are aware of slow‑moving equipment
• Maintain an open line of communication with the Service Manager, making them aware of all equipment not available for rent
• Oversee team goals, ensuring they are met or exceeded, and compliance of company standards is kept through daily management
• Assist with equipment demonstrations and technical support
• Foster a customer‑focused approach to sales and service while ensuring the Branch Yard, facility and staff are professional and presentable
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and budget preparation as well as various reporting, including, but are not limited to: daily contract reports/AP on hold/accrual reports/asset disposal report
• Be driven and results oriented; develop business KPIs to meet corporate targets
• Work safely at all times and adhere to all applicable safety policies; comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
