Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC in Florida seeks a Branch Manager to oversee grounds maintenance, enhancements, irrigation, and overall operations. You will report to the Company Leader and help develop a safe, cohesive culture while meeting safety, quality, and financial goals.

You will lead teams, manage subcontractors, coordinate with Client Managers and Administration, and drive excellence in service delivery and employee development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5–10 years of experience leading multiple landscape operations.
• Experience managing others.
• Proficiency with Aspire is a plus.
• Ability to use computer software (Word, Excel) and organize multiple projects.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and achieve margins.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement future goals and processes to grow grounds maintenance and seasonal services.
• Drive a culture of quality service and continual improvement of the customer experience, in collaboration with the sales team.
• Ensure effective communication protocols between parties responsible for maintaining quality on client properties.
• Develop and manage relationships with clients and internal departments for efficient processes.
• Oversee safety training, daily safety meetings, and PPE management.
• Assist in estimating for grounds maintenance, enhancements, and irrigation projects.
