Job summary

Keeley Restoration is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations for concrete restoration projects in St. Louis, MO. You’ll partner with project teams to ensure safe, on-time, within-budget execution and uphold quality standards.

You will support estimates, bids, client relationships, and training of field personnel, while maintaining project records and reporting. Travel to support branch operations may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with employees, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Willingness to travel to support branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with overseeing daily branch operations, including project planning, execution, and quality control for concrete restoration projects.
• Support project teams to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company quality standards.
• Assist in coordinating field personnel, subcontractors, and resources to meet project objectives.
• Help foster client relationships and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Support preparation of estimates, bids, proposals, and project documentation.
• Monitor project performance and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Promote and enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with branch financial tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
• Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation.
• Provide support in training, mentoring, and developing project teams.
• Maintain understanding of owner contracts, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
