Job summary

Keeley Restoration Services is looking for a Branch Manager to join their concrete restoration team in St. Louis, MO.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist with overseeing daily branch operations, including project planning, execution, and quality control for concrete restoration projects.
• Support project teams to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company quality standards.
• Assist in coordinating field personnel, subcontractors, and resources to meet project objectives.
• Help foster strong client relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Support the preparation of estimates, bids, proposals, and project documentation.
• Monitor project performance and help identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Promote and enforce company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with branch financial tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
• Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation.
• Provide support in training, mentoring, and developing project teams.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of owner contracts, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Adhere to company best practices and operational guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Up to five (5) years of experience in concrete restoration, concrete construction, masonry, or a related construction field preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with employees, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Knowledge of concrete materials, construction methods, and restoration practices preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support branch operations and project execution
