Job summary

Nuvision Federal is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager I for the Carson, CA (MSB-Carson) branch. This on-site role supports the Branch Manager and Retail Service Manager in all branch operations, with immediate responsibility for the teller line and back-up coverage for the BM.

You will help drive sales through referrals while guiding the tellers and RM/RS teams to meet branch goals, in a small-branch setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in branch operations with lead teller experience.
• Solid knowledge of Federal, State and NCUA regulations.
• Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• NMLS registration is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and monitor teller workflow to deliver products and services.
• Direct branch personnel to meet annual goals and service standards.
• Back up frontline transactions and branch operations as needed.
• Open/close branch in absence of Branch Manager per schedule.
• Recruit, coach, and evaluate staff performance with management review.
• Ensure compliance with Credit Union policies and procedures.
