Job summary

National Seating & Mobility seeks a General Manager (Field Operations) to lead one or more NSM locations. You will own branch revenue, KPI tracking, and customer care, while guiding staff and implementing growth strategies in collaboration with the sales team.

Strong leadership and strategic thinking are essential for success. You will oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and daily operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and productive performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in progressive management with operational responsibility.
• Proven leadership skills and servant leadership mindset.
• Ability to communicate effectively with leadership, clients, referral sources, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch revenue, expenses, and EBITDA with P&L responsibility.
• Manage inventory, product margins, and order fulfillment processes.
• Lead staff development, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Drive growth programs and build relationships with referral sources.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
