Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in progressive management overseeing a complex business.
• Proven leadership and servant leadership skills.

• Oversee branch revenue, margins, inventory, and EBITDA.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and staff development.
• Monitor KPIs and report performance to executives.
