Job summary

Raymond James in Franklin, TN is seeking an administrative professional to process money movement of client funds under general supervision. You will handle routine inquiries and direct visitors, supporting efficient branch operations.

Responsibilities include processing funds disbursements and check deliveries, transmitting messages to the home office, and assisting with opening client accounts and onboarding.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years securities industry or related work experience preferred or equivalent combination of experience/education as approved by HR.

Responsibilities

• Receives and directs visitors and telephone calls; maintains inquiries records.
• Processes money movement of funds, disbursements and check delivery.
• Transmits/receives messages with home office; processes securities orders including transmission, cancellation and correction.
• Maintains cashiering documentation per compliance requirements.
• Assists with audit preparation and opening client accounts; supports client onboarding.
• Monitors document status through scanning and submission; provides general administrative support.
• Maintains and updates files, records, and office supplies; cross-trains with other operations functions.
