Responsibilities

• Process money movement of funds, disbursements and check delivery.
• Receive and direct visitors and calls; answer inquiries and route to appropriate personnel.
• Open client accounts by submitting required forms and assist with client onboarding.
• Prepare and maintain cashiering documentation to comply with requirements.
• Support branch management and assist with audit preparation.
• Maintain and update files, records, and office supplies; assist other operational functions as needed.
