Provides hands-on operational guidance and coaching to branch teams to strengthen consistency, accountability, and process adherence. Partners with regional stakeholders to identify performance gaps and support execution of approved improvement initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** Conducts branch visits and operational reviews to reinforce established best practices and support adherence to standard operating procedures. Monitors and analyzes key performance indicators, identifying trends and sharing observations with branch leadership to support performance improvement efforts. Delivers training and coaching to branch personnel on operational processes, system usage, and performance expectations. Documents operational gaps, gathers branch feedback, and communicates findings to regional leadership and functional partners. Supports rollout and adoption of new processes, tools, and operational updates as directed by management. Maintains working knowledge of supporting workgroups and systems to provide accurate guidance and promote process consistency. Builds collaborative relationships with branch teams to foster accountability, trust, and continuous improvement without direct supervisory responsibility. **Education Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent experience required. **Work Experience:** 5+ years of experience in operations, construction services, supply, or equipment rental operations required. Knowledge of general construction, construction supplies, or equipment required. Experience working with rental management or procurement systems preferred. **Certifications and Licenses:** No certifications required.
