MURPHY-HOFFMAN COMPANY, LLC is North America’s largest Kenworth truck dealership group and leasing group. We have an opening for a Branch Office Specialist to support branch operations, greet visitors, route calls, and perform clerical tasks with accuracy.

The Branch Office Specialist will provide a professional, courteous atmosphere, handle deposits, scan documents, process payables, and assist with billing and supplies while ensuring proper office flow and customer service at the Omaha branch.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and customer service skills.
• Well organized and detail oriented.
• Microsoft Excel and Word proficient.
• Previous office experience required.
• Accounting degree or accounting work experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls and route to the proper person or location.
• Greet customers, vendors, job applicants and other visitors and assure they are directed or escorted to the proper office.
• Perform office and clerical tasks as assigned by the Regional Accounting Manager and Branch Manager.
• Routes all incoming calls.
• Prepares and delivers the daily bank deposit.
• Scans documents for use by Regional and Corporate offices.
• Processes payables and purchase orders.
• Orders office supplies.
• Performs billing functions.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

The Branch Office Specialist supports the operations of the Branch by assisting customers and employees. Provide a professional, courteous and helpful atmosphere by being the face and voice of the Branch. Answer all incoming calls and route calls to the appropriate person or location.
