Qualifications

• Experience in office management, preferably in landscaping or related field.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative functions including scheduling, invoicing, payroll processing and inventory control.
• Supervise office staff and coordinate with field crews for efficiency and quality.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, ensuring excellent service and issue resolution.
• Assist in budgeting, monitor expenses, and support revenue targets.
• Coordinate project schedules, dispatch crews, and manage logistics.
• Support business development through proposals and client follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, policies, and safety standards.
• Prepare and present branch performance and operational reports to senior management.
