Job summary

SKU Recruitment is seeking a Branch Nurse - Complex Care (3) to provide clinical oversight across complex care packages in the community. You will travel regionally, support care teams, and lead training to maintain safe, high-quality care.

This full-time, permanent role is Monday–Friday 09:00–17:00 with salary up to £50,000 DOE plus mileage. Requires active NMC registration and community-based complex care experience; a full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

  • Registered Adult Nurse or Learning Disability Nurse with active NMC registration.
  • Experience delivering care in a community setting is essential.
  • Strong background in Complex Care and clinical oversight.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical oversight across Complex Care packages.
  • Conduct regular staff supervisions and clinical reviews.
  • Complete competency assessments and support clinical training.
  • Ensure care plans, risk assessments, and clinical documentation are maintained.
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to care teams.
  • Monitor quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with operational teams and other healthcare professionals.
  • Support safe delivery of complex care within clients' homes and community settings.
  • Regularly visit care packages across the region.
  • Promote best practice and high standards of clinical governance.

Branch Nurse - Complex Care (3)

Location: Birmingham | Wolverhampton | Stone/Burton

Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE Mileage

Full-time, Permanent

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Branch Nurse to join a growing specialist care provider delivering Complex Care services within the community.
This is a clinical oversight role rather than a hands‑on care position. You will provide clinical leadership across a portfolio of complex care packages, ensuring care teams are well supported, appropriately trained, and delivering safe, high-quality care.
You will also regularly travel to care packages across the region, making this an ideal opportunity for a nurse who enjoys combining clinical oversight with relationship building and team development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical oversight across Complex Care packages
  • Conduct regular staff supervisions and clinical reviews

Requirements

  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with wider operational teams
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
