SWBC is seeking a senior leader to run a mortgage branch operating within builder-aligned and/or joint venture environments. You will oversee day-to-day branch operations while personally originating residential loans to hit both individual and branch production goals.

The role emphasizes sales leadership, partner engagement, and regulatory compliance, requiring you to coach a small team, maintain exceptional customer service, and drive referral-based production in a controlled, compliant

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license in Texas (and other states a plus).
• Some college coursework in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent mortgage industry experience.
• Active state mortgage licensing with CE requirements.
• Minimum five years in mortgage lending, origination, or related experience.
• Minimum two years in supervisory, management or training roles.
• Experience in builder/joint venture or builder-owned mortgage environments.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, workflows, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, organizational and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to superior customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Lead and grow a mortgage branch within builder-aligned or JV partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with RESPA, advertising, and affiliate requirements.
• Manage staffing, workflows, and performance evaluations.
• Drive branch profitability plans focused on builder and partner relationships.

• Support builder and JV partner relationships through consistent service.
• Monitor sales activity, pipeline health, and customer experience metrics.
