Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience.
• Background in shipping, receiving, and inventory control, including forklift experience.
• Experience in the flooring industry strongly preferred.
• Experience in assisting customers with product selection, purchases, and order fulfillment.
• Experience handling cash and credit sales.
• Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including sales, warehouse, and administrative functions.
• Assist customers with purchases and order fulfillment.
• Unload, check, and receive materials into the warehouse using a forklift/pallet jack.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Handle cash and credit sales, and make daily bank deposits.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly facility, including equipment and merchandise.
