H. T. PROF Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high-performing branch serving Deschutes County and the surrounding region.

You will own branch P&L, drive revenue growth, and oversee inside sales, customer service, project management, estimating, warehouse, and transportation. The role requires deep knowledge of waterworks equipment and plumbing supplies, a track record of profitability, and a people-first leadership style.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience as a Branch Manager or equivalent in wholesale distribution.
• Strong knowledge of waterworks equipment or plumbing supplies.
• Experience managing P&L, budgeting, and financial statements.
• Proven ability to grow revenue, market share, and profitability.
• Ability to recruit, hire, and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch teams across sales, operations, and service to achieve performance goals.
• Own full P&L and manage revenue, margins, inventory turns, and cash flow.
• Build relationships with municipal, contractor, and commercial customers.
• Develop pricing strategies aligned with market conditions and profitability.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Partner with leadership to review KPIs and strategic initiatives.
• Develop annual business plan and operating budget.
• Drive key metrics such as gross profit and on-time delivery.
