Job summary

Ferguson is hiring an Operations Manager to lead business operations at our Springfield Fire and Fabrication branch. This role provides leadership for customer-facing associates and branch functions.

You will oversee warehouse operations, drive safety, quality and profitability, and coordinate with vendors while ensuring efficient inventory control. A Bachelor’s is preferred with 2+ years of management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, equivalent experience will be considered.
• 2+ years management / leadership experience coupled with handling inventory / operational tasks.
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience is recommended.
• Ability to adapt and change processes to keep pace with evolving business requirements.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills to respond to urgent situations.
• Must be process oriented with good judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability and desire to lead a team.
• A confirmed understanding of OSHA and DOT regulations.
• Strong technical skills including Microsoft O365 applications.

Pay Range

$4,743.90 - $10,436.80

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.

Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
